Question - What is Medical Movement Analysis (MMA)?
Answer - The MMA is a 4 protocol system using infrared and Functional Movement technology to diagnose aberrant movement patterns which lead to injury.
For example, if a pitcher has a limitation in shoulder extension it won’t be long before multiple pitches lead to an injury. The MMA will diagnose the shoulder limitation prior to it becoming painful and restricting the pitcher from playing. MMA is a great way to prevent injury and loss of play time. If a person can’t squat properly it won’t be long before lower leg or low back injury occurs during movement. The MMA seeks to prevent, prediagose and prehab injuries before they stop a person from performing.
